Telford, 09 May 2017 – Entanet’s consistent and high quality performance, customer service and its outstanding partner support have once again been recognised by the communications and Internet industry.

The specialist wholesale communications services provider is frequently named on the shortlists for major industry awards. It picked up two more accolades at this year’s Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards at a ceremony in London last week, where it was named winner of the Vendor Channel Sales Team of the Year and Vendor Channel Marketing Team of the Year categories for the second year running. It was also ‘Highly Commended’ in the Vendor Channel Marketing Campaign of the Year and Best Apprentice Scheme categories.

Separately, Entanet has been shortlisted for four awards in the 2017 annual Internet Services Providers’ Association (ISPA) awards: Best Superfast Broadband; Best Wholesale ISP; Best Marketing Campaign; and Best Business Customer Service.

Darren Farnden, Head of Marketing at Entanet said: “Once again Entanet’s excellence in all areas is being acknowledged across the Internet and comms industry. It’s great to see the efforts that the sales and marketing teams have put into helping partners drive business recognised by a leading panel of judges; and the ISPA shortlistings in two extremely competitive product categories, and for the coveted Customer Service award, demonstrates the strength that we have right across the business.

“In recent years, Entanet has been named as a contender in almost every major industry award scheme. That has not happened by accident – we are there for good reason. It underlines the consistent high performance and quality that we’ve delivered, through our continual investment in product development and technical expertise, and by staying focused on the needs of our partners and customers. We’re proud of our achievements, but also determined to press on and keep delivering the consistently high quality service our customers have come to expect.”

By providing personalised account management and access to resources such as its synergi management portal and its Ethernet ‘EQT’ quoting tool, Entanet offers its partners exceptional levels of service and support. With its own nationwide network and data centres, it is fully in control of its own products and can provide truly flexible and completely tailored connectivity, incorporating Ethernet leased lines, high-speed fibre and ADSL broadband, virtual private networks, hosted voice and a whole range of additional options.
