Recognition of the strong investment and commitment TD SYNNEX’s specialist team has made to supporting the development and growth of Cisco partners
Basingstoke, 16 November 2023 – TD SYNNEX, (NYSE: SNX) has been named Cisco UK and Ireland Distributor of the Year at the vendor’s worldwide partner summit in Miami Beach. The award is in recognition of the strong investment and commitment that the specialist Cisco team within the TD SYNNEX Advanced Solutions business has made in supporting the continued development and growth of Cisco partners.

Cisco partners can expect further change in the year ahead, following a raft of initiatives that were announced at the Miami event. “The next few months are going to be really exciting”, said Sawdon. “This is a great time to be a Cisco partner and a great time to be working with TD SYNNEX. Our partners can be certain that we will be ready to help them take the opportunities and make the best possible use of the new programmes and initiatives that Cisco will be bringing forward in 2024.”
TD SYNNEX provides services, programmes and tools to support Cisco partners across the full range of the vendor’s technologies, including collaboration, data centre solutions, networking technologies and security. The TD SYNNEX Cisco Momentum programme, for example, accelerates partner growth by providing them with tailored training and support that strengthens their sales and technical skills.
TD SYNNEX’s Cisco Meraki MSP Club gives partners access to exclusive benefits, events and incentives, along with opportunities to engage, share best practices and collaborate with other managed services providers.
TD SYNNEX is also supporting Cisco partners on sustainability. In August it achieved the Cisco Environmental Sustainability Specialisation across Europe, which enables TD SYNNEX to support partners in working towards and attaining the qualification for themselves. Partners can subsequently take advantage of Cisco Takeback, which enables the free return of used hardware to be remanufactured, recycled or safely disposed of, and up to seven percent discount for new products on qualifying deals. In addition, obtaining Environmental Sustainability Specialisation helps partners advance toward Cisco Select Partner status.
Through TD SYNNEX, partners can also benefit from Cisco´s sustainable IT programs such as Refresh for remanufactured Cisco hardware and Green Pay, a circular IT payment solution for Cisco’s sustainable technology.
