Experienced distribution account manager will be looking to persuade more partners to make use of the SYNAXON Hub and its Marketplace ordering platform

Wolverhampton, 24 June 2025 – SYNAXON has added to its UK team with the appointment of Samuel Chatterton as Account Manager. Chatterton brings four years of experience working in account management and support roles within the distribution and ICT sector to SYNAXON UK. He will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential new partners and enticing more reseller businesses to make use of the SYNAXON Hub distribution service and the SYNAXON Marketplace portal to access stock and availability information, and place orders.

Mike Barron, UK Managing Director, SYNAXON, said: “Sales through the SYNAXON Hub and order placement through our Marketplace portal have been growing strongly and with Sam focusing on promoting the benefits of these resources, we fully expect that growth to continue and accelerate. By making use of SYNAXON Hub to source best-selling products at market-leading prices, smaller partners can genuinely compete for and win new business. And with the personalised account management we provide to all our customers, they can be sure of getting a great level of service when they purchase products through us, regardless of what platform they use.”

Through SYNAXON Hub, partners have access to exceptional pricing and availability on the most popular products from leading-brand vendors, making it easier for them to meet customer needs and drive profitable business. SYNAXON Marketplace provides them with a simple and efficient way to place and track their orders online, with a centralised, no-quibbles, 14-day returns process and policy.

Chatterton joins SYNAXON’s UK-based team that provides personal support and account management to partners and ensures they can take full advantage of all SYNAXON’s services. The UK team is supported by SYNAXON’s extensive operation in Germany, which has more than 350 employees and through which a comprehensive range of managed and professional services are available, to support partners in offering complete infrastructure solutions and managed services products.
