- More than 71 percent of co-workers provided responses to this year’s survey with 84 percent agreeing TD SYNNEX UK is “a great place to work”

Basingstoke, 14 April 2025 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) UK has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the third year in a row, after more than 71 percent of its co-workers provided feedback about the culture, programmes and practices that make its workplace unique. It means that TD SYNNEX UK continues to be recognised as an organisation that provides an outstanding experience for its co-workers.
For the 2025 survey, TD SYNNEX’s saw a three percent increase in its overall score from last year. Every focus area of the survey showed improvement, with 84 percent of co-workers agreeing that “taking everything into account, this is a great place to work.”
TD SYNNEX has also been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 by Great Place to Work – the second year in succession that it has achieved this status. For this survey, 94 percent of co-workers said that they are treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation and race. It also underlined the high level of satisfaction amongst co-workers at TD SYNNEX, with only 19 percent having been with the company for two years or less.
Being included once again as a Great Place to Work and as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces is a further demonstration of TD SYNNEX’s commitment to its co-workers and partners, said David Watts, senior vice president and managing director, UK and Ireland.
