Enables partners to develop a clear value proposition and action plan to build a viable AI business practice – partners attending TD SYNNEX AI event at Heathrow today will be given full briefing
Basingstoke, 14 October 2025 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has today launched its Practice Builder methodology for Destination AI – a tailored programme that enables partners to develop their capabilities and execute on a strategic plan of action to establish a viable artificial intelligence business practice.
The Practice Builder is being unveiled at a special Destination AI event in Heathrow. More than 250 partners are expected to attend and will be given a full briefing on the programme. All partners will be able to apply for the programme later this year, after the initial pilot phase, which is now underway, is complete.
Simon Bennett, managing director – Advanced Solutions, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX, said: “Before you set out on any journey you need to know where you are going and how to get there. The TD SYNNEX Destination AI Practice Builder enables partners to take a structured path to building their capabilities to the point where they can drive real business development. It gives them a clear pathway to AI success.”
As a first step to embarking on their Destination AI Practice Builder journey, partners will be asked to compete an in-depth readiness assessment. This will identify any gaps in their capabilities and align them with specific enablement resources, vendor engagement, and services. Subsequently, key stakeholders in the partner business will work with TD SYNNEX experts to develop a clear AI value proposition and a prioritised and timed action plan, with defined steps.
The findings of TD SYNNEX’s fourth annual Direction of Technology (DoT) Report, released at the end of last month, found that being able to offer advanced solutions such as AI-powered cybersecurity and automation will be key to partner success moving forward.
Bennett added: “As AI adoption accelerates, partners will need to differentiate their offerings with more advanced and impactful AI propositions. By engaging with us on the Destination AI Practice Builder they can make AI part of their core value proposition. They can develop the skills and the confidence they need to articulate the value of AI and provide solutions that will deliver tangible benefits for their end user customers.”
