Demonstrates TD SYNNEX’s commitment to supporting its co-workers

Basingstoke, 26 June 2025 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has been named as one of the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ by Great Place To Work® UK.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations who have succeeded in helping their employees to experience high levels of wellbeing in their workplace. To compile the list, Great Place To Work® assessed facets such as work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Jodie Carroll, senior director, human resources, UK and Ireland, TD SYNNEX, said: “Being included on the Wellbeing list demonstrates TD SYNNEX’s commitment to supporting its co-workers. At TD SYNNEX UK and Ireland, we’re proud to have a diverse team with a wide range of skills, abilities, backgrounds, and experiences. We believe it is vitally important that every co-worker feels valued, supported, and empowered. We invest in the areas that matter most – those that enhance wellbeing, foster inclusion, and drive both personal and professional growth. This recognition affirms that our efforts are making a real difference, helping our co-workers to thrive and prosper.

Through TD SYNNEX’s Wellbeing portal and Life Empowerment Assistance Programme (LEAP), co-workers can access free and confidential support, including self-help and manager guides, advice and counselling. Mental Health First Aiders are available at all locations and every co-worker has multiple learning and career development opportunities. Enhanced family leave is available, covering maternity, paternity, and adoption, and a holiday purchase scheme allows extra time out to be requested. The Moments that Matter day provides co-workers with an extra day of leave that can be used every year for something that is meaningful and worthwhile to them

Four business resource groups (BRGs) meet regularly to support and connect co-workers around shared experiences and interests, helping to foster a more inclusive workplace for everyone. TD SYNNEX UK holds a Disability Confident Employer certificate (Level 2), verifying that it ensures co-workers and job applicants with a disability are treated fairly and have access to the resources they need. A fair and inclusive recruitment approach helps ensure that the needs of job applicants who may require adjustments or support – such as individuals with disabilities or those who are neurodivergent – are fully considered and supported, providing a positive and equitable candidate experience.

In April, TD SYNNEX was Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the third year in succession. In May, it was named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ 2025

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK, says: “A thriving workplace culture is rooted in trust, pride, camaraderie, and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing. As we mark the fourth year of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, we’re proud to celebrate organisations that go above and beyond to support their people’s mental, physical, financial, and social health. When employees feel truly valued and supported, they’re not only healthier – they’re also more energised, motivated and aligned with their organisation’s goals. Congratulations to TD SYNNEX on earning a well-deserved place on this prestigious list!”
