TD SYNNEX UK awarded Great Place to Work certification

Recognition of organisation’s open, inclusive, and positive workplace culture

Basingstoke, 26 June 2023 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) UK has been Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for 2023, following a rigorous assessment process that involved a detailed survey of co-worker views and experiences.

To qualify for the certification, organisations must demonstrate that they have a built a high-trust, positive workplace culture. The survey revealed that 90 percent of participating TD SYNNEX co-workers said that they are made to feel welcome when they join the company and are treated fairly regardless of their gender, race or sexual orientation.

A total of 957 TD SYNNEX co-workers responded to the survey – 72 percent of the total TD SYNNEX UK Limited employed workforce. A response of more than 65 percent was required for the certification to be achieved.

Before certifying an organisation, Great Place to Work® captures employee feedback using its research-driven Trust Index™ survey of co-workers and requests detailed information about the culture, the programmes and practices that make its workplace unique.

The certification runs from June 2023 until June 2024.
