TD SYNNEX UK recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ for a third year in succession

Award underlines company’s continued commitment to having an open, inclusive, fair and positive workplace culture that is welcoming for everyone

Basingstoke, 29 September 2025 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has officially been named as one of the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising the company among the list of organisations in the super large category, for the third year in succession.

Responding to an anonymous survey, TD SYNNEX UK’s co-workers reported that the company’s positive culture, open and welcoming approach, and commitment to delivering great customer service make it a great workplace for everyone. In April, the UK business was re-accredited for Great Place to Work for 2025, after 84% of co-workers agreed that TD SYNNEX is a great place to work. The 2025 survey shows strong agreement amongst co-workers that TD SYNNEX offers a welcoming and positive environment, regardless of their gender sexual orientation or ethnicity.

Great Place To Work® UK’s analysis of the sector co-worker survey responses found that 84% of co-workers at the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ say “I want to work here for a long time” compared to 67% at a typical company in this sector.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ co-worker survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech co-workers to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.  The surveys asked co-workers to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their co-worker experience across all departments and seniority levels.
