Perfect opportunity for resellers to learn about the company’s Nebula cloud platform and how it can be used to get their MSP business moving and the latest additions to Zyxel’s WiFi and security product families
Wokingham, 22 September 2023 – Zyxel Networks is to run Just Connect partner events in the north and south this autumn as it looks to build on the momentum of its growth programme for managed services partners and solutions providers.
The technically-led events will take place at Zyxel’s offices in Wokingham on 4 October and on 18 October at a venue in Manchester – full details will be available shortly. Both current and prospective new partners are being invited. The programme for both events will include an in-depth session on the Nebula platform and how it can be used to enable fledgling MSPs to create a good value proposition for remote network management and monitoring.
There will also be practical, hands-on sessions during which partners will be able to work with Zyxel experts to actually configure and use Zyxel WiFi access points, unified security gateway, network switches and LTE routers.
The one-day workshops are part of the wider Just Connect programme that aims to raise awareness of Nebula and Zyxel’s easy-to-deploy and manage solutions. Zyxel also hopes that they will lead to more partners signing-up as MSP Partners programme, as Rachel Rothwell, Regional Director for the UK and Ireland, Zyxel Networks, explained.
“We’ve had a lot of success with our MSP Partners over the last year – and that’s largely been down to Nebula. Partners find it easy to learn and to use and with the multi-tenanted licence that when they become accredited as a Zyxel MSP Partner, they can manage any number of customers and sites through the same platform. It’s an extremely simple and cost-effective way for a partner to get their MSP business moving.”
The autumn events are not just about MSPs and Nebula though, she added. “While we are certainly keen to recruit additional MSP Partners, the Just Connect events will have something for every of reseller partner. Our best-selling switches and WiFi families provide a really strong value proposition for any organisation that wants great performance, quality and reliability without having to pay a premium – and we’ll be demonstrating the latest additions to these ranges.
“We will also be showcasing our new range of USG [universal security gateway] appliances, which will launch in Q4, significantly strengthening our security portfolio and enabling our partners and MSPs to offer even better protection for their customers’ networks. We’re also going to be talking about our plans to introduce more WiFi 7 access points, making additions to our LTE/5G range, and further extending our series of multi-gigabit switches.
“All the workshop sessions will be technically-led and there will be plenty for partners to see and learn about. They’ll be able to get hands-on with the new products, and actually get them set-up and running alongside our team.”
It will also be an opportunity to explore the extended support account management that Zyxel Networks provides to all its UK partners. “We pride ourselves on giving partners personal account management and really making them a part of our team. That’s something we’ll be emphasising and clearly demonstrating at these events”, said Rothwell.
