Basingstoke – 6 May 2026 – TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) a leading aggregator and enabler for IT reseller partners and the technology ecosystem, will be talking about the ways in which AI can be used to transform the financial management of companies at the Accountex show in London next week.

The company will also be looking for accountancy practices that are keen to learn more about partnering with IT expert companies to make Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP solutions and services available to their client base. Two of its specialist Dynamics partners will be exhibiting alongside TD SYNNEX at the event.

Ian Turner, UK business manager for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central at TD SYNNEX, said: “By embedding AI and Copilot directly into everyday finance workflows through Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft is changing the way finance teams work, giving them a way to get meaningful answers from their data, automate routine tasks, and make more informed decisions, without needing to jump between systems.”

Zyxel Networks: Zyxel Networks introduces GenAI Protection solution to tackle shadow AI risks

New firewall capabilities, together with the AnyInsight.ai platform, provide secure, controlled access to GenAI applications for SMBs.

HSINCHU, Taiwan, May 5, 2026—Zyxel Networks, a leader in delivering secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, today announced a new GenAI Protection solution designed to help SMBs and managed service providers (MSPs) safely adopt generative AI technologies. Combining enhanced firewall capabilities and a new cooperation with AI startup HEARTBOT AI Inc. (Heartbot AI), Zyxel Networks enables businesses to monitor, control and secure GenAI usage while maintaining productivity.

As GenAI adoption accelerates across workplaces, many organisations are struggling to keep usage under control. A recent survey found that 44% of employees have used AI in ways that contravene company policies, highlighting the growing challenge of ’shadow AI’. Without proper oversight, businesses risk data leakage, security breaches and compliance violations.

Ensuring GenAI usage is visible and under control

For network admins and business owners, preventing shadow AI is straightforward with Zyxel Networks’ USG FLEX H series firewalls. With enhanced application awareness and control, admins can easily manage how GenAI tools are accessed across the network. Key capabilities include:

  • GenAI content filtering: A dedicated application category enables admins to block all GenAI applications with a single click, selectively allow approved services, or redirect users to secure alternatives such as AnyInsight.ai.
  • Application patrol: Granular controls allow IT teams to prioritise, throttle, or block specific GenAI applications beyond simple URL filtering.
  • Real-time application insights: Visibility into traffic and bandwidth usage helps identify unusual activity, such as spikes that may indicate potential data leakage, allowing immediate action.

A unified and secure gateway to GenAI applications

To further support secure adoption, Zyxel Networks has cooperated with Heartbot AI to offer AnyInsight.ai, a cloud-native AI Application platform that enables managed access to more than 20 leading GenAI LLMs, over 350 AI agents and connected applications.

  • Unified GenAI access platform: Employees can seamlessly switch between different large language models (LLMs) and agents within a harnessed environment, with access governed by defined roles and permissions. It maximises productivity while ensuring governance and compliance for business owners. Organisations can also deploy customisable AI agents tailored to specific tasks or workflows to support AI transformation.
  • AI application firewall: End-to-end contextual inspection enables admins to monitor all interactions between users, LLMs, agents and AI-connected applications. It logs user activity, data usage and AI interaction, and most importantly, enforces access policies and security rules to prevent sensitive data, knowledge and workflows from being exposed, misused or compromised.

“Generative AI is transforming how businesses operate, but without proper safeguards, it can introduce significant risks,” said Ken Tsai, President of Zyxel Networks. “Our GenAI Protection solution empowers SMBs and MSPs to embrace AI with confidence by providing the visibility, control and protection needed to prevent data loss and ensure responsible usage.”

AnyInsight.ai is available alongside Zyxel Networks’ firewall solutions as an independent licensed service, offering flexibility for organisations that require additional layers of control.

To support adoption, Zyxel Networks will offer a limited-time 40% discount on AnyInsight.ai for existing firewall customers, helping businesses strengthen AI governance while reducing operational risk.

Zyxel Networks launches rugged WiFi 7 access point for harsh industrial environments

The new WBE665S expands MSP and installer opportunities by delivering high-capacity connectivity and AI-powered network management for demanding deployments.

HSINCHU, Taiwan, April 7, 2026 – Zyxel Networks, a leader in delivering secure and AI-powered cloud networking solutions, today announced the launch of the WBE665S BE22000 12-stream WiFi 7 Triple-Radio NebulaFlex Pro ruggedized access point. The new solution presents MSPs and installers with an opportunity to address the rising demand for fast, reliable wireless connectivity within industrialised and challenging environments.

Combining a durable IP67-rated weatherproof design and AI-powered cloud management, the WBE665S is designed for professional installers deploying networks in demanding locations.

In warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, large-scale retail and other sectors, WiFi is now being extended into zones that were once considered too harsh for wireless connectivity. Forklift trucks run connected tablets, while IoT sensors track the movement of consignments and goods, and handheld barcode scanners are used to drive greater efficiency and accuracy. In these environments, hazards such as such as extreme temperatures, humidity and dust are common and dropped connections, downtime and hardware failures can disrupt operations.

Reliable WiFi 7 built for demanding environments
The WBE665S tackles these challenges with a powerful combination of WiFi 7 performance, rugged design, and flexible cloud management, ensuring stable, continuous wireless connectivity for mission-critical deployments.

Kell Lin, Senior Associate Vice President, Networking Strategic Business Unit, Zyxel Networks, stated: “As the use of WiFi in areas that demand far more resilience than traditional office spaces increases, there is a significant opportunity for our MSPs and installers. The WBE665S is purpose-built to provide good, dependable connectivity that will function consistently well in more challenging conditions. It delivers the performance, durability and intelligent management needed in harsh environments, helping partners to meet customer requirements and to open-up new business potential in this growing area of the market.”

Key features of the WBE665S include:

  • 12-stream WiFi 7 architecture: A tri-radio design delivers up to 22Gbps throughput with Multi-Link Operation (MLO), supporting high-density deployments where speed and low latency are critical.
  • Smart sectorial antenna: An integrated 120-degree ultra-wide smart antenna focuses RF energy toward connected devices, enhancing coverage efficiency and minimising interference.
  • Industrial-grade durability: An IP67-rated enclosure protects against dust and water while operating in temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, making it suitable for cold storage and outdoor installations.
  • Dual 10GbE uplinks: A high-speed fiber port supports deployments over 100 meters, while an optional 10GbE PoE++ Ethernet port enables shorter-run installations.

AI-powered network management and security
Efficiently managing and securing customer networks can be a major drain on MSP resources. The WBE665S alleviates this by integrating with Zyxel Networks’ Nebula platform to simplify deployment and operations.

  • NebulaFlex Pro management: Enables cloud, controller or standalone management modes for flexible deployment.
  • Nebula cloud management: Provides centralised control of wireless networks, switches, security gateways and FWA devices through a single interface with real-time visibility.
  • AI-powered optimization: Nebula’s WiFi Aid and Wireless Health tools automatically detect issues and adjust settings to improve performance, helping MSPs reduce maintenance visits.
  • Enterprise-grade security: Support for Secure WiFi, Connect and Protect Plus, DPPSK authentication and passwordless access helps protect both WiFi services and administrator accounts.
