- Business customers responding positively to the Broadband and Phones comparison website
- Distributor wants more partners to take the BaPs message out to more local small business events
Romford, 23 May 2017 – DMSL, the leading distributor of broadband and hosted voice services, is seeking more resellers to join its Broadband and Phones (BaPs) programme, which provides them with a dedicated comparison site for broadband and hosted voice services.
The company has signed 50 partners up since launching the initiative in March, but now wants more to come on board as momentum starts to build. “We’ve had a great response and we are starting to see some good sales coming through, but we still want more resellers to sign up”, said John Carter, Managing Director of DMSL.
The comparison website (www.broadbandandphones.co.uk) makes it easy for customers to see and compare the different options available. Resellers are given their own specific URL, which DMSL keeps up-to-date. Callers are directed to a virtual sales team who answer in the reseller’s own name. DMSL is also running a call-out programme to generate new business for BaPs partners.
DMSL has also found that the BaPs message has a strong impact at local business events and wants to encourage more partners to run their own promotional activities. “We want resellers to get to get out and about with their BaPs pop-ups and flyers [both of which DMSL can provide] to local events. When they can get the chance to see it and talk about it, business people respond really well to the BaPs proposition, so we want to encourage as many of our partners as possible to get the BaPs message out there.”
The company is offering to support them with personnel, literature, pop-up stands. It will also assist them with localised marketing and social media campaigns.
Information on the full range of connectivity options from BT Gamma and Virgin Media Business, hosted voice from Gamma, BT and Vonage, and mobile packages from BT, is available on the BaPs website at www.broadbandandphones.co.uk.
