Warrington, 20 August 2019 – SYNAXON UK has added a new dimension to its iTrends marketing service, called iCube. The cloud-based system makes it easy for members to generate new business from their existing customer and prospect base, whilst also providing a highly effective and cost-efficient way for supplier partners to drive new business through SYNAXON members.
The iTrends iCube service provides members with two automated customer email campaigns from key vendors every month. These will detail offers that are available exclusively through SYNAXON UK. The emailers will be sent to the member’s current database automatically, generating a steady stream of new business leads.
In addition, members can select additional mailers from a wide range of offers that are made available to them exclusively through SYNAXON’s iCube platform. All they need to do is log onto the site, select a campaign and hit Send. They can also add their own tailored messages to these campaigns, all of which are ‘top and tailed’ with their own logo and contact details.
The system is fully secure and GDPR compliant. Members are required to demonstrate that they have received the appropriate permission from customers or prospects who are on their lists. The system also manages unsubscribes automatically. The iCube service is available only to SYNAXON UK IT Partners and costs only £49 per month.
Mike Barron, Channel Director, SYNAXON UK, stated: “The iCube service is exceptionally cool and adds another and very effective dimension to the iTrends marketing programme. We’ve already received a very positive response from members who have tried it out. Vendor partners have been pleased with the results as well.”
One member that has piloted iCube is Kingsfield Computer Products. Nitesh Ganatra, Director of the company, said: “We’ve been delighted with the iCube emailers. They have already generated some good business and because they happen automatically, we don’t even have to think about it. We can also put out additional mailers within a few minutes. It’s an excellent and very efficient way to generate new sales.”
